what is sqlUtil it doesn't appear to be standard java, what we actually need to see is the code for SQLUtil.setSql as that is where the error is.

and can you debug out the contents (currently line 7) to before the setSql so we can see what string you are trying to set.

Hi,

Full Query should be like this,

SELECT PARAMNAME, CODE, DESCRIPTION, ALTDESCRIPTION FROM PARAM ORDER BY PARAMNAME, CODE

and expected output should be,

Can it be due to jdk didn't support?
because when i'm run at j2sdk1.4.2_09 it will run fine.

However it hit exception in j2sdk1.4.2_05

i don't want to know what it SHOULD be like, i want to know what it is ACTUALLY.

And you haven't answered a single one of my questions.

Hi,

I didnt understand your question cause my query only select statement without any special parameter to be fit in..

SELECT PARAMNAME, CODE, DESCRIPTION, ALTDESCRIPTION FROM PARAM ORDER BY PARAMNAME, CODE
