Which Job to join among two offers

Hi Friends,
I am currently having two job offers. Company A is offering almost 15K INR extra per month (almost 35%), but the issue is that it has no onsite and it is relatively a much smaller company.
Now Company B is more of a Top Tier IT firm with awesomeJob Security but obviously a lesser pay and perks. Onsite chances are also high in company B. M confused as i am married.Though company A has also not fired people anyways...
Please Help....

You need to decide how important those things are to you relative to each other - pay, job security, prospects etc. The same decision wouldn't be the right one for everyone, which is why we can't tell you which to accept.

Would you accept if we say that you should join company C? Strange isn't it?
This is a decision that you make and not be influenced by others. Align your interests with what the prospective employer has to offer and then you will hit a clear decision.
