It's a SecurityProvider, but ... where can I learn more about it?

The only place I have ever seen that provider is in this thread http://www.coderanch.com/t/594044/Security/Decryption-returning-wrong-value in these forums. Google only shows it in these forums. When I first saw it and failed to find it with Google I assumed it had to be a provider created by you (the owner of http://www.coderanch.com/t/594044/Security/Decryption-returning-wrong-value) . I could be wrong but if I am then I would have expected Google to find something outside of these forums!

If it is indeed a security Provider implementation you could give the getInfo() method a try.
