I've been looking at jade but it doesn't make a lot of sense for me to learn an alternate (arguably unreadable) markup when I already know HTML. Could someone recommend a good templating engine for node that just uses HTML? There are so many options I don't even know where to begin.

Thanks Eric. I'm curious who "Most people" are because while researching this I couldn't get a good sense of uniformity on the matter. Could you give some more insight.
