TOMCAT AND LDAP

Hi all together.

I have a problem with my tomcat server. Situation is: I have a Tomcat Server running on my PC. (Mac os x 10.8). Anyway, i want to connect to a LDAP server. This LDAP server isn't on my Computer, it's at the university where i'm working. So i have to connect via port 636, i have to do a bind. I know username and password so this shouldn't be that hard. I use JNDI Realm --- and i have configured it in my Tomcat Server as following (obviously i won't fill in the right password and username!!!)

<Realm className="org.apache.catalina.realm.JNDIRealm"
connectionURL="ldaps://ldaps.unizh.ch:636/ou=UniAccess,ou=zi,dc=unizh,dc=ch"
connectionName="username"
connectionPassword="password"
/>

So if i start Tomcat, nothing happens at all. But in the Logfile "Catalina.out" i see following message:

SEVERE: Catalina.start:
