implement a login which uses digital signature

I have to implement a login authentication using digital signature.
My company want to make a login which must use user's digital signature to login.
users have these digital signature and when he/she want to login than they must have use their digital signature.
So i have to read there signature and match them in database.


Please give me process detail to how i can implement this...
