suggestions for inventory program

I'm looking for an open source inventory management tool (preferable Java, but will consider anything except .NET). I've searched source-forge and java-source. I'm working on evaluating GLPI, Open-Audit, and OCSNG, but these all seem like overkill for our needs.

I don't need or want a tool with auto-discovery, and I don't want an agent on the clients. All I need is a way to track PC's and printers as they come in the door, track the lease expiration date, and locate them when the lease expires. It should be able to run on Apache.

Yes, it's a fairly simple set of requirements and I could write it from the ground up, but why re-invent the wheel if there is already something out there that will work or that I can modify to fit our needs?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
