I am a newbie in Java EE technology. I am trying to develop Online Examination System using EJB- entity from database, session from entity and managed bean. I am using Netbeans 5.5 as IDE(one of the requirement by professor). Right now am trying to code the login page which checks for username and password from database.
As soon as i click on the submit button, it shows the code if welcome.xhtml file instead of showing the welcome page. Could anyone please help me.

Thanks in advance,

Such type of issues occur due to malformed source or request not reaching to the server.
Check the login page for any syntactical error.
Also check the web.xml for the url (the action you have specified in your login page) mapping.

Have you checked out Aspose?
