Property Placeholder in domain.xml on Glassfish server

Hi All,

I am trying to figure if there is a possibility of using property place-holders in domain.xml in glassfish server.

Instead of hard-coding the connection details in different regions, I am trying to find if a property file could be read and values be parsed in domain.xml at serverstart up.

Could you share your thoughts on this.

Regards,
Ashwin

My Domain.xml contains following entry

And I specify the values for test.url,test.user,test.password in the environment variables in windows. Is this correct ?

The properties of the Jdbc connection are not replaced with values. Could someone tell, where I need to intialise the values.
