I am trying to read an excel and write the columns to Database (server 2008). I am using Apache POi and able to read the excel sheet. Could any one help me in reading and writing the columns to database from excel? thank you.

I have 9 columns in excel and want to save these 9 columns to database table that I created.

Since you're able to read the file, is this question purely about storing data to a DB? If so, are you familiar with the JDBC API?
