Hello everyone,

My requirement is when user fill up contact form on my website then contact details should go to directly preconfigured email address.

I dont know how to do it without using any alternative email address like now i am using one alternative email(my email id) address through which i am contact info by mail to particular email address.
but when i do this way at every time user from different pc try fill up contact form i am being noticed that some application is trying to access and i have to approve so i can not do it for 1000 users.
so does any one have other idea please share with me..
i badly need it.

Here i want to tell you that i am not using any database to store contact info my application does not have any database . i am just trying to move all data to my preconfigured email.
thanks

And are you trying to connect to your mail server from something in your web application (on the application server) or from something on the client side, like an applet?

So where is this "application trying to access" thing happening? And also, what does it say? Exactly what does it say? Basically your original post says "I'm getting this message, what should I do" and that isn't very useful if you want help with the message. Read our FAQ entry TellTheDetails for more about that.

Actually as a alternative i am using gmail account to send data to preconfigured mail id.

so it gives me message that currently some one is trying to access your gmail account.
and then i have to confirm that this is ok.

but i dont want to use this alternative mail. is there any way to send data to preconfigured mail?

Sure, you can use any mail server which you have access to. Of course if you don't have access to any mail servers then you're stuck with the current setup. So if this is a real-life project then you should get your ISP or hosting company to configure a mail server for you. And you'll want the e-mail messages to come from your organization's domain, rather than from Gmail.

In other words it all depends on how serious you are about making this setup work.
