Crystal Report Buttons not working (Crystal report integration with java -> jsp)

Hello,

After all i have my report opening in jsp page, displaying report contents, but the issue is the buttons on toolbar are not functioning at all.. it returns javascript error

CrystalEventTarget is null, or not an object..

when i move mouseover any buttons , jsp shows this CrystalViewerCrystalEvent('CrystalViewer','tb=next / exportdlg'), but when i click nothing happened..


i have moved the crystalreport11 directory from crystaldicision to root directory, copied the jar files to its proper location..

modified web.xml, crconfig.xml and all the configuration files.. but i failed to make the buttons working..

please anyone can help with this issue? thank you.. (i've been surfing alot to find a solution for this issue and i failed)
