Hello Guys

I am a software eng. working in a small company on PHP technology. I am totally having 3.9 year exp. I had worked 1.3 years in my first company and left it without serving notice period and i dont have any exp. doc from their side but i have bank statement of my salary account. Now I afraid to switch in any big MNC those are taking full third party verification either I have changed 3 more compny after my first one. I know it was a wrong decision but for now what i can do please suggest.

Welcome to the Ranch
Why did you leave so abruptly? You might be able to find a good explanation.
But you mist certainly ought not to fake your experience, nor your reference/testimonial.

Explain the reason you left without serving the notice period. A company running a background check will find you out eventually if you lie.

So...your proposed solution to a mistake (which may not even have been a mistake) is to make an even BIGGER mistake?
