There is no SCBCD 6 certification - instead there are 2 exams : EJB-related and JPA-related - these roles were separated in Java EE 6 track

Java EE 5 exam:
1) SCBCD5 includes both EJB 3.0 and JPA 1.0

Java EE 6 exams:
2a) EJB 3.1 developer exam
2b) JPA 2.0 developer exam
