Flex Compiling Order

Hello ,
i have this code :

		 show="setup()">
    <mx:Script>
    here are my models
    </mx:Script>

			</mx:GridItem>
			<mx:GridItem width="100%" height="100%">
			</mx:GridItem>
			<mx:GridItem width="100%" height="100%" horizontalAlign="left" paddingTop="15">

			</mx:GridItem>
    </mx:GridRow>
</mx:VBox>

My question is : which portion of code is compiled and executed first, the method setup() inside the VBox component? or the code inside the mx:script tag?
is there a documentation about compiling order or a documentation about debugging flex applications (with Spring and Hibernate frameworks).
