CommandLink not firing for the first time

hi,

I have three command links in my code. Now the
first time i press the commandLink the function from the backing bean does not get called. However the second time onwards it does. Spent all day on this, but to no awail. Can you please tell me what i am doing wrong.I am using using RichFaces 4 and JSF 2.

I think you have to Rerender your form.
if it doesn t work please post your backingBean code!
