I am using an app with springmvc 2.5 + tiles with tomcat, lately we are having the issue regarding stack size too large, i have checked my war file it does not contain any conflicting libs with tomcat container, our jsp files are not too big either some post suggested if you have a big jsp file this could be the issue, but still i dont know whats the issue.

Please advice or assist

This is not a Spring issue. Verify errors can be caused by a number of different things but usually it boils down to compilingwith a different version of a library than what is available at runtime. I don't know what you POM file looks like but make sure you are scoping provided dependencies as provided and that you are using the correct versions.

Also make sure you don't have multiple versions of any libs on the classpath.
