Websphere to SQL Server using Windows Authentication

Hello
We have Websphere application server installed on Linux boxes and connect to SQL Server databases installed on Windows platform.
Is there anyway we can connect using Windows authentication?
My first thought is obviously NO. However some third party JDBC drivers do claim to provide this capability.
Can anyone let me know, if it is possible using JTDS open source driver or Microsoft JDBC driver?
