where/how do i find my host and port?

this is my first step into java EE and, when reading the tutorial i was told to install the Java EE 6 SoftwareDevelopment Kit; during its instalation process, i was asked for my host name and port, in case i was behind a firewall, and that's the case: i have win XP SP3 and use windows firewall
can anyone please help me sorting this out?

Case solved
dont know how, but simplyuninstalled/reinstalled for the 3rd time and suddenly a window poped up near my task bar saying there were available updates, so the install went finally ok
