Hi Umesh,
The Singapore job 'gates' already closed and we don't see openings near future (atleast for 2 years). It's crowded here everywhere, trains, housing, cars everywhere!! Why do you want to come to Singapore? I'm afraid it may not be the Singapore you are thinking of. Moreover, locals abusing Indians for stealing their IT jobs ( ) they're getting racial. Weather sucks too hot! Every now and then my son will be sick due to bad weather.

Job wise not much growth, all short term contract jobs that too for locals. Consider staying in India or perhaps try for Europe. I saw some job openings for Ireland in the Jobs Offered section.
If you still keen on Singapore, come here on tourish visa and visit Little India on Sunday and decide for yourself
Good luck!
