Invoking web service from jnlp

hey, I have made a JNLP. On My program I am tring to invoke a web service from the click of a button in swing. I mean when a click the button of my Swing frame the web service should be invoke. this is happening from the same system where web services lie...But from the other system i am able to access the jnlp file but onclick on swing button I am unable to invoke the WebService.. Please help me As Soon As Possible.
