can not run java website on IE,Firefox through localhost but runs well on chrome

Hi all,
I am not sure where to put this thread. I hope i choose right forum.
Anyway I have created a website.It's working well on Google Chrome browser but It's not working on IE8 or Firefox 13.What is the problem?
I use Eclipse indigo IDE and Apache Tomcat server 7.
Problem on IE8 shows -
The webpage cannot be found Http 404
and problem on Firefox shows
Not found
The requested URL /Conceal_Management_System/index.jsp was not found on this server

I think i got the answer. I have updated my firefox version to latest and my website is working on it. I hope this will do trick on IE as well. I will post update soon about IE.
