my client is experiencing a problem in which his application justs stops working after a while. (not sure if it is related to when he goes to the restroom or not). When the disconnect occurs, his app screen in the browser just goes blank. He has to log out and back into the app to continue work.

Our server log below shows the activity at the precise moment (16:57) that he announced that it had quit working. We installed a new version of RSA on our server the day his problem started happening. He is running Windows 7. He is the ONLY customer that is having the issue.

I suspect it is a setting on his machine...possibly in the registry and interacting with RSA that is causing the disconnect to occur.

Can you give me any ideas of where to look?
