I am a Flex developer. Flex integration with server side frameworks allows developers to make big enterprise-level applications easily. Is that possible in HTML5? or is HTML5 more oriented towards small applications

HTML5 is a web browser technology. There's no reason why you could use ASP.Net, or any of the popular Java Enterprise Web frameworks, or any of the popular frameworks for other languages, to output HTML5 pages.
