Android PDF magazines

Hello,

I am looking for a framework/tool to create magazine publications.

The input is a PDF file.

The tool or the framework must have the following features:

1) Add multimedia (audio/video) on the PDF
2) Add hyperlink on the PDF
3) The publications must be available as offline

Is there a tool to achieve my requirements?

What does this have to do with Android?

The things you can do with a PDF after it has been created are quite limited. Check out libraries such as PDFBox to get an idea of what's possible.

Ok, so the question has nothing to do with Android, but is about transforming a PDF into another PDF. I'll move it to a more appropriate forum, then.
