So would that really be a 2nd edition or a 2nd volume? I guess it would make sense to provide an update on what the 1st edition covers as Spring seems to develop quite rapidly but I'm not too keen on books that weigh more than my laptop
I think a 2nd volume as opposed to a 2nd edition would be a great idea, especially since it seems there will be a lot of new material. Since I have just purchased Pro Spring, I probably would not buy a 2nd edition but would definitely consider purchasing a 2nd volume.

I really would like to see a second version/volumn book, especially if it talks about portal development, maybe an example with Liferay or another open source portal framework. I haven't see books talking much about JDO and Spring, maybe is just me. Could you tell me when you guys plan to release this second version/volumn book ?
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
