How to add a folder to a java web project in netbeans?

Hi
doing it with eclipse is trivial, but as i'm new to netbeans 7.2.1, i'm totally unaware of how to achieve it
can someone please help me?

They do hide it very well! Right-click Web Pages, then New > Other, then choose the Other under Categories and then Folder under File Types.
