If we do any modifications in servlet we need to re-deploy your web application but that is not same with jsp when we modify some code in jsp file we never re-deploy why it is different for jsp ?

JSPs use a special class loader that can hot-deploy the JSP's generated servlet.

JSP compilation means jsp converted to servlet.class file, only when the request comes to jsp file. But later when i want to modify some code in jsp file and after then another request comes to jsp it is recompiled and another time it should be converted to servlet.class file means another time we should redeploy our web apllication right ?

No. The special classloader will automatically reload the class.
