It's impossible for anybody to answer "No" to that question. So the fact that nobody has answered implies that there aren't any obvious candidates. That doesn't mean that there are none, only that there are probably none.

On the other hand if you relaxed your requirements a bit, the answer might become "yes". For example such utilities are extremely common and easy to find if you don't demand access to their source code.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
