This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
Amazon notified me yesterday that my preordered K&B for Java 7 has been pushed out to late March. I'm sure it's very hard to complete a book, especially one with the quality of a K&B production. So I'm not complaining. But I'm asking:
1) Do I (or can I) have some kind of subscriber access (like Manning's MEAP or O'Reilly's Early Access) so that I can go ahead and begin digesting its content?
2) Is this book going to beat Java 8 to the marketplace?
