does anyone know of any documentation for configuring JDBC or Hibernate to share a shared Oracle database schema,

Can you provide a few more details of context and what you are trying to accomplish. I am not clear on what you are asking.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
