Step 1 - Generate a private key in keystore file: dev2store.keystore

Command:

keytool -genkey -alias dev2 -keyalg RSA -validity 365 -keystore d:\certi\dev2store.keystore

Note for first and last name mention application url as: rm-bwise-dev2.nl.eu.abnamro.com
Password="Welcome2012"

Step 2 - Export the certificate with file name as dev2.cer
Command:

keytool -export -alias dev2 -keystore d:\certi\dev2store.keystore -rfc -file d:\certi\dev2.cer
Step 3 - Import the certificate in to the truststore file dev2.keystore

Command:

keytool -import -alias dev2 -file d:\certi\dev2.cer -keystore d:\certi\dev2.keystore

Step 4 : Place dev2.keystore into tomcat root directory and restart the apache tomcat. Also make an entry of dev2.keystore
into server.xml
