Hi, i want to learn Oracle tuxedo and want to develope a tuxedo server and client application in java . But i am not able to find any forums or blogs which explains it clearly. Most of them mentions how to create clients to access service but do not say anything about how to create a tuxedo service. Please help.

That's a commercial product, isn't it? I would expect there to be example code, documentation and possibly an SDK to be available on the vendor site.

What platform (Windows, Linux, Solaris, ...) fits best for Oracle Tuxedo? (I've found bugs with libtux.lib in 12cR1 for Win that prevents client and server from compiling, but 11gR1 works good).

Looks like either Tuxedo technology is dead or the forum.
