Online working - Java technical writing jobs

We are constantly looking for excellent Java developers for a long term writing project.

Requirement for candidates:
+ Java developers who have 3+ years experience in: Java Core, JavaSE, JavaEE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
+ Speaking English as a native language or a second language.
+ Have strong coding skills (follow coding convention, best practices...)
+ Have good abibility in writing technical document.
+ Can pay attention to very small details as well as to brief overview.

Work details:
+ You will write technical tutorials/articles based on our requirement and follow our strict guidelines.
+ You will publish your work on our online website.
+ Location: offshore and online. Communication via e-mail and instant messaging.
+ Working time: flexible. As long as you meet the deadline you propose.
+ Salary/Payment: negotiate.
