Values from form lost from action to business class.

Hi Guys,

When I added records in from a form in the html, the values are still on my class action. but when my action class instantiate my insert class, the values are already gone.... On the Insert class, the values of the fields of the form are lost.... or maybe there is a command to retrieve it in the value stack?
