was able to squat 225lb while weighing 185lb, dont know if that's good gene. I got muscle spasm
with squat and learned that it was due by not having enough nerve power to control that much
legs muscles when it went all the way out, so, only professional body builders get that kind of
spasm on arms because most people's bodies have enough nerve power to control all arm's muscle
because arms are small.
I felt it when nature came to reclaim the elements of my life when I held the bar calculating the max
single rep of 195lb I need to squat now that I weigh 160lb to maintain my strength but I cant do it without
taking out 10lb. I know men are mortal.
but I stop my racing thoughts now at 3am and stopped short pushing my limit of 135lb x a few sets.
I know what is right and wrong.
