Practice Exercises

I am looking for online exercises or exercise guides/books with solutions that can help me reinforce my knowledge about jpa 2.0, ejb 3.1, jsf 2.0, spring 3.0 and hibernate.....I had studied them thoroughly a few months back and made a few sample projects....having worked in an ERP system for the past few months, I want to get a grip on these frameworks practically, and move into a core developmental role.

Please provide suggestions.....thanks in advance

I am not sure if a exercise guide with all the solutions really helps in improving your knowledge. IMHO it only makes you think of solutions the way the book wants you to think, which does not work well in long run.
