I got offer from both [Company X] and [Company Y]. I have 5 years of experience. Now I am confused to take the offer. [Company Y] offer more compensation than [Company X] and in job role [Company Y] gives as technology analyst and [Company X] gives Senior Software engineer.I am little bit confused,Which is the better offer....Please help me.give me suggestions for clarifying my doubts

Pricilla, in my experience the job title says little about what the content of your job really is. I have two colleagues. One is project leader, the other is team manager. We are with 3 people in the whole department, so there is little to project, and lesser to manager. Oh, yeah, I am a software architect though, in my job tittle that is. We all just do general programming work. Oh, no I am telling you a lie. My team manager approves my holiday requests. That must be a stressful management task. :-)
