Hello,
I have some basic questions regarding part 3 ie essay, I apologize if it has been asked in this forum, if so please direct me to the link.
Will i be able to attempt the essay questions only after i upload the exam?
Do i have to schedule a test at a test center for part 3 or is it non proctored like the assignment?
Do i have to rely on my memory of the assigment details while answering the questions or will i have access to the assignment deliverables while answering the questions, which would mean i can refer to what was done in the assignment to formulate the answer?
Any help is appreciated.

It is a proctored exam in the testing center. You cannot bring notes or other reference materials. You can refer to your memories of the exam such as "As I mentioned in the risks section, XXX".
They've changed a few times the order in which you upload part 2 and take the exam. It is done within a short time either way.
