I was looking for few sites where i can outsource part of my android projects.Does anybody has any experience with rent a coder type sites?

You might want to consider the Jobs Offered forum at the Ranch.
In the past I have successfully used Elance

Yeah, Jobs Offered is a good place, and Freelancer is quite a good place to start. I have hired someone on Vworker (was acquired by Freelancer).
