Hi
Below is the code I want to execute . It is for simple download manager . I configured the class in a project in eclipse and executed it as "Run as" "Java Application" . But everytime i receive "Connect Exception" . Do I need to deploy his on sever ? If yes , hen how should i go ahead with deployment with weblogic 10.3 deployment
Please help . This is a little urgent for me .

I don't quite understand the question... what you posted there is just a little stand-alone program to connect to a web page and download its contents into a local file. I don't see where Weblogic would have anything to do with it, so what am I missing?
