Problem with ban account in version 2.1.9

Hi all,

i try ban an account but feature not work. When insert name, email or ID of user Jforum doesn't found and return this advice.

java.sql.SQLException: Generated keys not requested. You need to specify Statement.RETURN_GENERATED_KEYS to Statement.executeUpdate() or Connection.prepareStatement().

Why? O.o
