Hi,

I am looking for a job in India for the last 3 months and I am facing the wall. I have been applying on Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs, Jobsahead etc and I only got 2 calls and no response after that.

I am desperately seeking a job ASAP. Can you please provide any suggestions? I am based in Calcutta but open to relocation.

Thanks.

The market is a bit tough out there and you need to find ways to stand out from other people who are equally or more qualified than you are. Focus on technical, non-technical, and marketing skills.

Here are a few questions to ask?

1. How good is my resume?
2. How well do I network?
3. What channels do I use to looking for work?
4. How good is my interviewing skills ? Do I prepare prior to job interviews?
5. What can I do to standout from my competition?
