STEP 1 – COMPLETE TRAINING. I see there are few trainings which i need to take.
I have below questions -
1. Is there a time period after the training and exam (step 1 of 3 )
2. Can i attend Self Study Course which are cheaper. eg Creating Web Services Using Java(TM) Technology
Please guide!

Yes. You aren't certified until you take the training, but the order doesn't matter. You are allowed to take the training even after passing all three parts.

Unfortunately Self Study Course does not meet mandatory training requirement for this certification.
