I had blogged about Audio Podcasts for software developers and shared few useful podcasts there. I would like to know from the ranchers the podcasts they follow or like.

If you have an interest in anything related to JBoss then you might be interested in the podcasts published at JBoss Community Asylum

There's a wide-ranging, in-depth podcast for architects and developers on Heise Developer, but it's in German.

Not podcasts as such, but I find InfoQ is a good place to watch for video talks and articles on a wide range of software topics e.g. lots on Agile, new technologies etc.

Another one: http://www.hanselminutes.com/ but this one's too much focussed on .Net.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
