I had blogged about Audio Podcasts for software developers and shared few useful podcasts there. I would like to know from the ranchers the podcasts they follow or like.

There's a wide-ranging, in-depth podcast for architects and developers on Heise Developer, but it's in German.

Not podcasts as such, but I find InfoQ is a good place to watch for video talks and articles on a wide range of software topics e.g. lots on Agile, new technologies etc.
