We are seeking an iLog Developer Senior for an open position in Baltimore, MD!

We are looking for dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual with good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to actively involved with the development and implementation of an Business Rules based SOA Enterprise Application



Primary responsibilities will focus on new full life cycle software development and maintenance of Enterprise Business Rules Management System (BRMS).

Immediate responsibilities will include the design, development, testing and documentation of business rules, rule applications and Integration with Rule applications.
You will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, design, coding, unit and integration testing of software, and configuration management.
Candidate will be responsible for development of business rule test scenarios and will be expected to participate on software peer reviews

We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated iLOG 7.1 developer with a minimum of 5 years experience in providing rules engine based solutions.

The iLOG developer will be responsible for the end to end application integration strategy across a large healthcare enterprise.
Follow the standards, processes and structure to manage rules development Work with the development team in integrating the JRules rules engine with the core transactional system.
Participate in Rules Discovery and extraction from business requirments Experience in Rule authoring and rule flow, rule template creation.
Experience in BOM and XOM (both XML/Java)
Experience with Business Rules(BAL) and Technical Rules(TRL)
Experience with Decision tables and Decision Trees.
Rule validation using Decision Validation Service(DVS)
Experience in Rule project creation and rule development
Experience in ILOG rule application Integration.
Experience with Rule Execution Server configuration on WebSphere Application Server 7.0
Experience with setting up roles in Rule Team Server and Rule Synchronization with RTS.
Experience with building rule applications with ANT/Maven/Hudson scripts.

***Must be either a US Citizen or Green Card holder***

***Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust***


Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience required
Must have 9 years of IT experience on a variety of platforms and technologies
At least 2 to 4 years experience with building n-Tier/SOA/J2EE business applications with rules engine (iLog JRules with WebSphere preferred)
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in developing and implementing complex rules using iLog JRules.
Experience with functional testing using DVS and SOAP UI
Experience with rules deployed and implementation as decision services
Proven track-record of participating in development of large, complex, transaction oriented, mission critical business systems with rules engine
Strong written and oral communications skills
Must be self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction. Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
Strong analysis, design, system integration skills, and development experience

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
iLOG Certification is a PLUS
