Can any one help me to achieve the effects of GridBagLayout Manager without setting Layout(null) or grouping so many JPanels? Is there any equivalent Layouts in Java?

GridBaglayout has a lot of flexibility, so if you're looking for something that has all that yet is easier to use, then I'm not sure if anything like that is around.

If, on the other hand, you're just looking for more than what GridLayout offers, check out GridLayout2 and SGLayout, links to both of which can be found in the SwingFaq.
