Injection of Dependencies Springs

Hai,
I have this piece of code which has a JPanel and loads of other components like JButtons, JTabbedPanes etc., added to it.

Now, Do I really need to inject the components as dependencies on JPanel using Springs?
I mean, Should I really write beans for all of these components(Jbuttons, JRadionButtons) and make it referred from the JPanel Bean. I'm confused. I don't find any good reason for injecting dependency on the JPanel using Spring.

Please Clarify.

Arun,

I think it would do you well to look into Spring a little more and example programs that use dependency injection. This will give you a better feel for when DI is appropriate and when it isn't.

Also, would you mind changing the tag line in your signature? I don't particularly think the subject of rape is something to joke about or take lightly and it certainly is not appropriate in a professional forum such as this.

Thanks.

Arun -

Change your tagline immediately or I will close your account. We have absolutely no room in JavaRanch for vile, offensive comments of this sort.

On second though, don't bother. We'll remove it for you.

Wow. I've never seen anything quite so disgusting before on this site.

Sheriff It's done. Sorry for that. (BTW, why is that WOW for )

What I don't understand is that, what made you guys take the literal meaning of "rape."

It can also mean a situation which is very badly hurting your self!!
Anyway, forget it.
( Oh my GOD!!! I'm darted from my precious quote... )

I see lots of components being added to JPanel Class. How well should i go about in writing beans for this components? Because people still argue that, tomorrow I may have to change the component to something else and I don't want to change my code.
My Question is none of these components have anything to do with the middle tier. It's the event handling inner classes associated with this components that are involved in carrying values to the backend.

It was probably for his feeling of disbelief and amazement that you had the audacity to use the tagline.

[Arun]What I don't understand is that, what made you guys take the literal meaning of "rape." It can also mean a situation which is very badly hurting your self!!

For your future reference, this is the definition that people usually associate with that word.

[Arun]Anyway, forget it.

Sorry but NO, I don't think we will soon forget about it now. With these latest comments of yours, I'm pretty sure you have landed yourself on one of the short lists of people who are being closely watched by the moderators of these forums, and it's not the "Nice" list.

1. You can still keep warning me about my tagline, even after I changed and make me feel bad about that.

2. You can forget about that, as I have already changed my tagline and asked a apology for that, meaning I really was sorry for having such a tag line.

Now when I say "Forget it" -- I meant the second one.

and why do you have to warn me again.

Actually I would have been more happier, if you had deleted the tagline and sent me a private message warning me.

Now, Do I make myself comfortable to you? or Am I still rattling in your mind.

Arun, in the interest of keeping with the "friendly" rule, I'm going to close this topic and discuss the issues with you via PM.
