Is the online java oracle tutorial enoughfor passing the oca exam? I've been reading it in preperation for the exam, I solved all ots questions and made some extra coding practices too. Then I borrowed the scjp book from a colleague and attempted self-tests after each chapter but I barely get half of the questions correct! And its because there's lotS of things I don't know because they aren't mentioned in the tutorial.
I'm confused now, shall I go on solving questions and just learn what I don't know from my mistakes or grab a book and start reading all over again

I don't know if the oracle java tutorial covers all you need to know for the OCAJP7 exam. For the appropriate study materials you should definitely have a look at this thread.
Thanks Roel but I have attempted only chapters 1-4 which should be common with OCA. Is that correct?
Here is the link where you can find the original exam topics. Problem with these topics is that they are not that detailed anymore as in the Sun(ny) days.
For example: "Recognize common exception classes and categories". Which exceptions do you need to know is not mentioned. If you compare it with the exam topics of OCPJP 6 it's miuch more obvious what you need to know: "Recognize situations that will result in any of the following being thrown: ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException,ClassCastException, IllegalArgumentException, IllegalStateException, NullPointerException, NumberFormatException, AssertionError, ExceptionInInitializerError, StackOverflowError or NoClassDefFoundError. Understand which of these are thrown by the virtual machine and recognize situations in which others should be thrown programatically."
