Stripes question

Hello, does anybody know a good tutorial on how to make a Stripes application? I read the one on their site but I don't understand it, since it mentions some folders where the classes should be placed and I don't really know how to do that. I am a beginner, never used Stripes before. Also, I am using Netbeans, so if anyone knows what needs to be done in order to make a Stripes application in Netbeans, prefferably using Glassfish server, I would really appreciate the help.
